About
Made for the coach with no backroom team
Nothing Unlucky began as the tool a grassroots head coach wanted for their own team, and it is built around what a volunteer actually has: a phone, an hour in the evening, and nobody to do the analysis.
The idea
“Unlucky!” is the kindest thing a touchline says, and the least useful. Most of what gets called bad luck is technique, a decision or where a player stood, and all of that can be coached. The hard part for a volunteer is finding out which it was, saying it in words a child understands, and planning the practice, with no time and no help.
Nothing Unlucky is the help: one place for the notes, the video, the sessions and every player, so that the coaching is better and the evenings are not longer.
What it will not do
- It will not rank children, or publish statistics about them.
- It will not give parents accounts, or show a child anything the coach has not chosen to show.
- It will not judge a match for you. You watch it; the platform keeps your notes.
Who publishes it
Nothing Unlucky is published by Egon Expert Ltd, which takes all payments for it and is the company named in the terms of service.
